HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions along with a prepaid shipping label. There is a small flat shipping fee of $7.00 to return any unwanted items within the same order. The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, however, additional charges may be applied for oversized/heavier items. In-person returns are free. If you think your return may be heavier than normal, contact customer support at 1-866-725-2551 to discuss. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment upon receipt. We do not refund shipping fees if you choose to ship your unwanted items through your own preferred method. Returns on average take two to four weeks to process.
IS IT EASY TO RETURN ITEMS?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. All undergarments, mystery packs, and items marked final sale are ineligible for a return or an exchange. All merchandise must be unworn, returned in the condition received with the original tags where applicable. Trying on items upon receipt does not violate this policy, however, items returned that are deemed unfit for resale are subject to a 15% unfit for resale fee. This fee will be deducted from the original purchased amount upon receipt of the return.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
Proozy understands sometimes things just don't fit, and you may need to change sizes, therefore, we offer one free exchange for the same item in a different size and/or color per order. Exchanges are not guaranteed. We do not accept exchanges of exchanges. Exchanges will ship once your return has been scanned as accepted by the carrier. You have 15 days to mail your return. If your return has not been dropped off by the 15th day, the exchange will become null and void. Further, we cannot guarantee the item will be available by the time we receive your return. If the exchange item is no longer available, we will refund the original payment method. We recommend returning the unwanted item(s) as soon as practical to ensure your exchange item is available.
WHAT IF I AM PASSED MY 30 DAYS?
Orders outside of our 30 day return period will not be eligible for a refund. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt and NOT the date of purchase to allow for more time.
If a return/exchange was processed within 30 days of receipt and has not been mailed, then please contact email@example.com to confirm the return is still eligible. However, we will deduct a 15% late fee from the purchase amount upon receipt of the return from the original payment method.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Returns on average take two to four weeks to process depending on transit times. Our returns department will refund the original payment method upon receipt of the return minus the $7.00 return shipping fee. It typically takes 1-3 business days for the credit to post to your account depending on the speed of your financial institution. If the product arrived damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent, our returns department will refund the $7.00 return shipping fee to the original payment method after the item has been inspected.
You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. Our returns department will refund the original payment method upon receipt of the return. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process depending on your financial institution.
