Visual Marketing Manager



Bio: The Visual Marketing Manager is responsible for product photo retouching, as well as building infographics for use in ecommerce and marketing. If you are a detail-oriented team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves Photoshop and graphics design, we want to meet you!

Full-Time Exempt 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Edit product photographs for use in E-Commerce, including color correction, removing backgrounds, cleaning up imperfections on products, and adding shadows and reflections where needed

Photo retouching of lifestyle and on-model shots

Produce infographics and digital media showcasing product features and benefits Crop and resize images according to specific marketplace guidelines

Perform naming and web archiving of images according to an agreed process for product photographs

Collaborate with photographers, buyers and marketing to ensure consistency of messaging and product story

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphics Design, Visual Arts or related field preferred

Experience Required:
Previous experience editing images for ecommerce

Fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume studio workflow, editing 100+ images per week and executing edits under tight deadlines, including planning and prioritization

Skills Required:
Strong aptitude with MS Office products, especially Excel

Self-starter and work well within a team environment

Ability to effectively manage and build partner relationships

Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with managers and colleagues.

Demonstrate attention to detail, quality and cleanliness in work.

Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, establish priorities, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Basic computer operational skills; able to input and retrieve computerized information.

Able to legibly document work.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrate functional and technical knowledge, ability to learn new skills quickly, and achieve a high level of accomplishment.
Ability to solve problems by adapting knowledge and experience.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.
