It took a month....
Hoodie is great. Quality excellent. The issue is shipping time for this particular purchase. Apparently the item was lost in transit. After patiently waiting I contacted Proozy customer service and it appears from the tracking information that another hoodie was shipped. In all it took about a month to get to me. Covid be damned, but Proozy seems to be notorious for slow shipping anyway. Otherwise, I would have contacted customer service sooner. Have not had issues with purchases from other stores. What's the deal?!?
