Over his 15 years of work experience as a trainer, Jeff has worked with kids with special needs, pro hockey players, boxers, world class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitors, grandparents, olympic level swimmers, coaches, soccer players, and CrossFit athletes! Jeff is also a father, husband, and owner of a rescued Rhodesian Ridgeback. He loves all things with a board, motor, or wheels and is a huge fan of the outdoors, nature, mountains, anything outside.
Here we are, the last month of 2018. 27 DAYS left in the year and in 18 DAYS (December 22nd), the amount of daylight will start to INCREASE. Hang in there! The leftovers are hopefully all gone (food safety reasons) and the next couple of weeks are going to be a challenge on the food intake side.
